We started our tour from the marina and sailed past the iconic beach in Polignano a Mare, the caves and the restaurant nestled in the rocks and cliffs. We stopped past Hermit Island for a swim, while Mario and Vittoria delighted us with a fun music playlist, Prosecco and snacks. Towels were available on request, we did request before leaving our hotel but they did not have enough available and we brought our own. We were very impressed with Francisco's boating navigation skills, steering us inside of the caves, and he was so nice and friendly. We swam at an iconic spot under the fancy cave restaurant. Loved it! It was everything we wanted. Francisco's English was very good and the boat had speakers, his music or yours.
